Ba Duan Jin (Eight Treasures Of Brocade) – Ba Duan Jin (Eight Sections Brocade) emerged before Song dynasty (960-1279 A.D.). Health Qigong Ba Duan Jin preserves the excellence of traditional Ba Duan Jin. Following Modern Athletic Science and Physiology, Health Qigong Ba Duan Jin develops into a health building exercise with an emphasis on limb exercises. It promotes health by harmonious combination of mind, breath and movements.

Liu Zi Jue (Six Healing Sounds) – With a history of more than 1500 years, Liu Zi Jue (The Art of Expiration in Producing Six Different Sounds) is a traditional exercise of health cultivation. Based on traditional Liu Zi Jue, Health Qigong Liu Zi Jue coordinates the exhaling and pronunciation practice with limb exercises, which regulates the functions of internal organs and strengthens muscles and bones.

Wu Qin Xi (Five Animals Play) – Wu Qin Xi (Frolics of Five Animals) was developed by Hua Tuo, the most famous doctor in Eastern Han Dynasty (25-220 A.D.). It presents the character of animals through vivid imitation of the tiger, deer, bear, ape and bird. Health Qigong Wu Qin Xi embodies the essence of traditional Wu Qin Xi. The harmonious and symmetrical compiling integrates will and spirit, bringing people to the state of “three adjustments into one”.

Yi Jin Jing (Muscle-Tendon Strengthening Exercises) – Yi Jin Jing (Tendons Transforming Exercises) is method of health-building exercises aiming to strengthen muscles and tendons. Legend goes that monk Bodhidharma, the founder of Zen in China (circ. 527), advanced Yi Jin Jing. Health Qigong Yi Jin Jing inherits from traditional Yi Jin Jing 12 forms. It synchronizes the movement of turning, bending and extending, pulling and drawing of the muscles, spine, bones and joints, which benefits the regulation and controlling function of the spine cord.

Da Wu (Great Healing Dance) – Da Wu (Dawu Dance) are dancing exercises with a history of more than 5000 years. It improves the internal circulation and modulates joints. Health Qigong Da Wu synchronized stretching exercises with regulation of breath and mind. The dance improves health by regulating the functional activity of internal organs, maintaining smooth circulation of Qi and blood, and cultivating vitality.

Ma Wang Dui Daoyin Shu (Silk Texts Guiding And Aiding Art) – Dao Yin Tu (Map of Guiding Qi), the silk picture of Han Dynasty (202 B.C.-9 A.D.) unearthed in Changsha, Hunan province, inspired the creation of Ma Wang Dui Daoyin Shu (Ma Wang Dui Daoyin Exercise). Health Qigong Ma Wang Dui Daoyin Shu regulates will and spirit with internal circulation. The stretching, lifting, turning and bending of limbs improve the internal circulation of Qi and blood, and maintain the balance of Yin and Yang, which cultivate physical and mental health.

Shi Er Duan Jin (Twelve Sitting Exercises) – The record of Shi Er Duan Jin (Twelve Sections Brocade) can be tracked back to Qianlong Era (1735-1795) of Qi Dynasty. Health Qigong Shi Er Duan Jin absorbs the essence of various schools of traditional Shi Er Duan Jin. It synchronizes the movements of neck, shoulder, waist and legs. With the whole body fully stretched, people practicing Shi Er Duan Jin can enjoy a healthier long life.

Daoyin Yang Sheng Gong Shi Er Fa (Guiding And Aiding The Nourishing Life Cultivation Twelve Treasures Of Brocade) – Daoyin Yang Sheng Gong refers to a series of health cultivation exercises compiled by Beijing Sports University on the basis of traditional Daoyin theory. Health Qigong Daoyin Yang Sheng Gong Shi Er Fa is a Jinglu Daoyin exercise (a method to guide Qi through the main and collateral channels of internal circulation). It is composed of 12 movements selected from more than 50 Daoyin Yang Sheng Gong forms. It helps to improve the functions of internal organs and prevent diseases.

Taiji Yang Sheng Zhang (Supreme Ultimate Nourishing Life Stick) – Cudgel was a popular piece of exercise equipment in traditional health building regimen long ago. Health Qigong Taiji Yang Sheng Zhang (Taiji Yang Sheng Cudgel Exercise) is named for the concept of harmony of Yin and Yang in Taiji theory. Based on traditional cudgel play, Taiji Yang Sheng Zhang features limb movements guided by equipment and coordinated with adjustment of breath and mind. The cudgel exercises help the enhance the circulation of Qi and blood and to maintain the balance of Yin and Yang.
