Aiki-Jujutsu

It is the art of unarmed self-defense against one or several opponents. This discipline gave birth to Aikido. It is a flexible art (Jujutsu) in a harmonious form (Ai) with a lot of energy (Ki). This martial art dates back to the sixteenth century. It is transmitted from generation to generation since the advent of the Takeda clan. It is a Japanese cultural heritage, considered in Japan as a national treasure.
